I had the fortune to co-presentating on JavaFX to the NYC JavaSIG with Sang Shin (of JavaPassion.com fame!). My talk gave a brief overview of the JavaFX language and then focused on the one feature of the platform that I think has the most potential, the JavaFX Production Suite. Below is a screen grab of the application I demoed and deconstructed with the group.
The design was put together in Illustrator by Jonathan Wei, a very talented graphic designer at Schematic, and coverted to a Native JavaFX asset using the Production Suite. No further cutting was required by me to get the demo working.
